Easy Sheet Pan Supper

An easy recipe in 30 minutes or less with minimal ingredients for busy bees!

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 1-2 Bag(s) Asian Medley Veggies
  • 4 Red Potatoes, Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2-4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Your Favorite Seasonings To Taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 and put aluminum foil on baking sheet. 

  2. Begin cubing your potatoes, and when finished add them to your baking sheet along with the salmon fillets and veggies and set aside. 

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and dijon mustard.

  4. Next, using a basting brush, apply the glaze to the salmon. 

  5. Using your favorite seasonings, apply to the potatoes and veggies to taste and then drizzle in olive oil. 

  6. Bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes apart and enjoy!
