Delicious Deviled Eggs
With so many Holiday’s coming up soon, I wanted to share one of my absolute favorite recipes to make for every occasion. These delicious deviled eggs are sure to please both the crowd and your palate alike.
I’ve always been an avid lover of hard-boiled eggs, and as such I’ve always loved deviled eggs just the same. While they can be a pain to make, they have and will continue to be, delicious deviled eggs to me. My brother and I growing up would always fight over them when my mom or anyone else would make them because we both enjoyed them so much. Looking back, it’s quite funny how we were (and still are) about our deviled eggs.
Now that I am grown, I have ventured to make deviled eggs myself and have found a recipe that I, as well as my entire family, have grown fond of. So much so that this specific dish is requested to be made for every family get-together!
This recipe will be worth the effort and will be a swell addition to your recipe collection. I *guarantee* that your guests will be requesting it again and again!

In addition to my love of delicious deviled eggs, I am a deep lover of pickles. However, there is one particular brand of pickles that I am just absolutely smitten with, and that is Claussen. I honestly can’t tell you why I love them so much, but they are just more delectable to me than your typical dill pickles. Be it their seasonings or what, I just have a love for them.
One year when I got asked to make deviled eggs for a family Holiday, I had an idea. I asked myself “I wonder if there’s a recipe out there using Claussen pickles?”. Sure enough, I found one and have been making it ever since. Of course, I add a couple extra things, but either way these delicious deviled eggs are always a hit!
So why don’t we get started with that recipe? I encourage you to make these the next time you have a gathering and see if they aren’t a hit! If you love pickles as much as I do, I’m sure you will love these!

-
Fill the egg halves with the mixture.

Recipe Notes
1) Double or triple the recipe as needed. I have found that keeping the pickle juice the same wile increasing the other ingredients, makes the mixture a more desired thickness.
2) Also, should your mixture end up runny, potato flakes make a great thickener that you can’t taste.
3) If you don’t have time to boil/peel eggs, grocery stores sell pre-made ones that all you have to do is slice them and take out the yolks for the mixture.
4) If you DO boil/peel your eggs, soak your eggs in some ice water for about 15 minutes and they will be easy to peel!
